Join The HeartShare School and make a difference in a child’s life.
The School
The HeartShare School, which opened its doors in 2007, has teachers, teachers’ assistants, therapists and other dedicated staff, who teach and nurture our children with autism every day. These are the people ensuring that children with special needs will have the same opportunities for educational and personal growth as their peers.
The Benefits
The school is invested in its employees, including our Management Training Program for employees to enhance their managerial skills, Tuition Assistance Program to help fund employees enrolled in higher education degree programs, as well as HeartShare University (HSU) that hosts workshops, taught by employees for employees, for the purpose of professional advancement and personal growth.
The school also aims to recognize the professional accomplishments of its employees through awards. HeartShare’s Everyday Heroes program is a bi-annual awards ceremony and storytelling event that nominates outstanding Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) or frontline workers for their outstanding contributions to the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities.
HeartShare Human Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability.
